About the Role

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
• Collaborate on content creation and marketing initiatives for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Plan and execute social media strategies to engage audiences and analyze performance metrics.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
• Maintain and optimize website functionality and user experience to drive traffic and conversions.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate actionable reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on all campaigns.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO software such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure and improve campaign performance.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms are highly preferred.
